Ahana is now two connected communities. The Ahana Homeschool Collective is a free space for parents to connect and get support. The Ahana Virtual Homeschool Student Campus is where kids join live, instructor-led enrichment classes, ages 4 to 16. Together they supplement and enhance a child's education through guided learning, social connection, movement, and creative activities.
No. Ahana is not a school and does not replace traditional school or homeschool curriculum. Parents remain responsible for their child’s primary education. Ahana provides enrichment experiences to support learning and development.
Ahana is designed for families who want structured enrichment, guided social interaction, and support alongside school, homeschool, or hybrid learning in a calm, intentional virtual environment.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COLLECTIVE AND THE STUDENT CAMPUS?
The Ahana Homeschool Collective is a free community for parents, ages of children 4 to 16. The Ahana Virtual Homeschool Student Campus is where kids join live, instructor-led enrichment classes. Membership includes class credits your family can use across the full class lineup.
Enrichment focuses on experiences that deepen learning beyond core academics, including creativity, movement, discussion, wellness, and social connection. It is meant to complement what children are already learning — not replace it.
All Ahana memberships include:
Instructor-led enrichment classes
A guided social group
Each class meets once a week. See the Programs page for the full class list, ages, and schedule.
All sessions are live and instructor-led.
Session lengths are developmentally appropriate:
All sessions run 30 to 60 minutes depending on the class, and are developmentally appropriate for the age group.
The Guided Social Club is a monitored, instructor-led space where children connect through conversation, games, challenges, and collaborative activities. This is not passive screen time and is always supervised by an adult.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The Ahana Homeschool Collective is free. Ahana Social Group is $5 per month. Student Campus Membership is $88 per month for 1 class credit, and Membership Plus is $176 per month for 3 class credits. See the Pricing & Enrollment page for full details.

No. Ahana does not issue grades or academic assessments. Instead, we focus on recognizing participation, effort, and growth through age-appropriate milestones and monthly certificates of completion. These acknowledgments celebrate engagement and development without comparison or pressure.
Parents do not need to actively participate, but an adult should be nearby — especially for younger children — to support focus, safety, and technical needs.
Classes are held virtually using secure video conferencing platforms. Access links and instructions are shared with enrolled families prior to sessions.
