Ahana Virtual Home School is an enrichment-based virtual learning program for children ages 4–13. Our courses are designed to supplement and enhance a child’s education through guided learning, social connection, movement, and creative activities.
No. Ahana is not a school and does not replace traditional school or homeschool curriculum. Parents remain responsible for their child’s primary education. Ahana provides enrichment experiences to support learning and development.
Ahana is designed for families who want structured enrichment, guided social interaction, and support alongside school, homeschool, or hybrid learning in a calm, intentional virtual environment.
We serve two age groups:
The Curious Kids (Ages 4–7)
The Wise Ones (Ages 8–13)
Each group has age-appropriate content, pacing, and social interaction.
Enrichment focuses on experiences that deepen learning beyond core academics, including creativity, movement, discussion, wellness, and social connection. It is meant to complement what children are already learning — not replace it.
All Ahana memberships include:
Instructor-led enrichment classes
A guided social group
A monthly activity kit delivered to your home
The activity kit ensures every child has the same materials and can fully participate in live classes without parents needing to prep or shop for supplies.
Yes. All Ahana memberships include a monthly activity kit so children can fully participate in live classes without additional preparation.
The Curious Kids: 1 enrichment class + 1 guided social group per week
The Wise Ones: 2 enrichment classes + 1 guided social group per week
All sessions are live and instructor-led.
Session lengths are developmentally appropriate:
The Curious Kids: approximately 30 minutes
The Wise Ones: approximately 45–60 minutes
The Guided Social Club is a monitored, instructor-led space where children connect through conversation, games, challenges, and collaborative activities. This is not passive screen time and is always supervised by an adult.
Our older learners participate in more weekly instructional sessions and deeper project-based learning. Pricing reflects the number of live classes, instructional time, preparation, and facilitation required to support each age group appropriately.
Ahana is values-driven but not faith-based. Our focus is on respectful learning, wellness, and whole-child development.
No. Ahana does not issue grades or academic assessments. Instead, we focus on recognizing participation, effort, and growth through age-appropriate milestones and monthly certificates of completion. These acknowledgments celebrate engagement and development without comparison or pressure.
Parents do not need to actively participate, but an adult should be nearby — especially for younger children — to support focus, safety, and technical needs.
Classes are held virtually using secure video conferencing platforms. Access links and instructions are shared with enrolled families prior to sessions.
Yes. From time to time, The Wise Ones may participate in guest-led enrichment sessions that introduce age-appropriate topics such as technology and AI awareness. These sessions are designed to encourage curiosity and critical thinking and will replace a regular class, not add additional screen time.
Yes. Ahana is designed to complement traditional school, homeschool, and hybrid learning models.
Yes. Ahana welcomes families of all backgrounds who value respectful learning, guided engagement, and community.
Live participation is encouraged for the best experience. When available, follow-up materials or replays may be shared.
Enrollment terms, billing, and cancellation details are provided at checkout. Please review them carefully before enrolling.
Enrollment is completed online through our enrollment form. After enrolling, families receive a welcome email with next steps and scheduling details.
Yes. Enrollment may remain open through the first week of each monthly session, as space allows.
Because Ahana includes live instruction and a monthly activity kit, late enrollment is only offered when we are able to prepare materials and onboard families without disrupting the learning experience.
If your child enrolls after the session begins, you may receive:
Access to upcoming live sessions for the remainder of the month
Materials from the current activity kit (when available)
Please note that enrollment after the first week of the session may limit participation in earlier activities, and tuition is not prorated for late enrollment.
Ahana is designed to provide a consistent and supportive experience for our learners. Limiting late enrollment helps ensure:
Instructors can prepare appropriately
Activity kits are ready and aligned
Learners can join smoothly without feeling behind
If enrollment for the current session is closed, families are encouraged to join our email list to receive notification when the next monthly session opens.
You can complete our Stay Connected form to receive enrollment announcements, program updates, and enrichment resources.
