To best support our learners, Ahana is divided into two age-based groups.

Founding Families

The first enrolled families receive locked-in founders pricing for as long as their membership remains active.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ahana Virtual Home School is an enrichment-based program with limited enrollment to maintain a supportive learning environment.

Because preparation begins immediately after enrollment — including instructor planning and the preparation and shipment of activity kits — all enrollments are final and non-refundable once payment is submitted.

No refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for:

• missed classes

• scheduling conflicts

• partial participation

• voluntary withdrawal from the program

Families may cancel their participation at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the family to a refund and does not remove responsibility for materials or kits already prepared or shipped.

In the rare event that a session is canceled by Ahana, families will be notified and appropriate accommodations or refunds will be provided.
