This website is operated by Ahana Virtual Home School (“Ahana,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Ahana provides enrichment-based virtual learning programs, guided social groups, and related materials designed to supplement and enhance a child’s education. Ahana is not a school, does not provide core curriculum, and does not replace traditional schooling or homeschooling requirements.

By visiting our site, enrolling in a program, subscribing to services, or purchasing products, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that:

• You are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence.

• You are the parent or legal guardian of any child participating in Ahana programs.

• You consent to your child’s participation in virtual enrichment sessions and guided social groups.

Ahana programs are enrichment-based only. Parents remain solely responsible for their child’s formal education, academic compliance, and educational decisions.

SECTION 2 – PROGRAM SCOPE & EXPECTATIONS

Ahana provides:

• Instructor-led enrichment sessions

• Guided social group experiences

• Optional or included activity kits and materials

• Virtual engagement via third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google tools)

Ahana does not:

• Offer core academic curriculum

• Issue grades, credits, diplomas, or certifications

• Provide educational compliance oversight

• Act as a replacement for school or homeschool programs

Participation requires respectful behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the program or compromises safety.

SECTION 3 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or content without express written permission.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES & PRICING

Prices and program offerings are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS, KITS & MATERIALS

Certain services include physical or digital materials. Activity kits may vary by month and availability.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not guarantee that materials will meet every participant’s expectations or preferences.

Parents are responsible for supervising children during activities involving physical materials.

SECTION 6 – BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

Subscriptions may be recurring and will continue until canceled according to the terms outlined at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at our discretion.

No Refund Policy / Commitment to Participation

All enrollments and payments made to Ahana Virtual Home School are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, families acknowledge and agree that once payment is submitted, no refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in availability, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with the program, or a decision to discontinue participation.

Withdrawal from the program, whether voluntary or due to non-participation, does not release the family from financial responsibility and does not entitle them to a refund of any fees paid. This policy applies to all memberships, sessions, programs, digital materials, and activity kits offered through Ahana.

By completing registration and submitting payment, families confirm that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & PLATFORMS

We use third-party platforms to deliver Services. These tools are provided “as is,” and we are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by third-party providers.

Use of these tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

SECTION 9 – USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

If you submit feedback, ideas, photos (with consent), or other content, you grant Ahana the right to use such content for program improvement or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Content must be respectful, lawful, and non-harmful.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Ahana makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, academic results, or uninterrupted service.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahana Virtual Home School, its founders, affiliates, and contractors from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate access without notice if these Terms are violated.
